Handblown Glass Escapades from Dan Battat. A collaborative piece I worked on with a good friend and classmate of mine. We actually made a whole series of these. The collaborations combine her focus on geometric sculptural drawings and my work in the combination of glass and metal in semi-abstract sculptural series. We discussed the possibility of lighting fixtures and also large-scale component-based installation.

Saturday, January 6, 2018. Well 2017 was not the best year. I am off to a pretty good start! I have finished Parseltongue. a Harry Potter themed hat with little cables that look like snakes! I have also finished Candy Cane Moonsookas. These are both patterns available on Ravelry. The hat was quite challenging. lots of cables! Haha .
